Oaxacan mezcal is celebrated for its diverse varieties of agave and artisanal production methods, characterized by age-old techniques—including stone mills and earthen pit ovens—that transform the agave into the beloved spirit. Most importantly, Reyna was inspired by the stories of families—many producing this traditional spirit for generations.
