Oaxacan mezcal is celebrated for its diverse varieties of agave and artisanal production methods, characterized by age-old techniques—including stone mills and earthen pit ovens—that transform the agave into the beloved spirit. Most importantly, Reyna was inspired by the stories of families—many producing this traditional spirit for generations. Each bottle of mezcal at La Mezca will tell a tale of its own, showcasing production from both Oaxaca and notable regions such as Guerrero, Durango, and San Luis Potosí, with products sourced from small family producers.
