Located at 2002 Manor Rd., Hoover’s opened in 1998, just blocks from the neighborhood where Alexander grew up, making it more than just a restaurant; it was a vital gathering spot that spanned generations.

Hoover’s Cooking is celebrated for its immersive approach to Texan comfort food, artfully blending Southern, Tex-Mex, Cajun, and barbecue flavors.
